From the reviews

Originally I had no idea about this place. But, in October I was rear ended in a hit and run car accident. I had a lot of pain in my lower right back and limited range of motion. A coworker recommended Dr. Mitch and so I set an appointment. Immediately he was able to determine the issue and recommend a treatment plan.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I’ve been a patient for 5 weeks. Dr. Mitch did an evaluation last week and I’m already enjoying noticeable positive results!! He was very thorough in presenting my original treatment plan! Caitlin and Bree always greet you with a smile! Very clean, welcoming office in every way!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mitch weekly for the past year. Including throughout my third pregnancy & now postpartum—and I can honestly say this has been my fastest & smoothest recovery yet. His care has made a profound difference not only in how I feel day to day, but in how I move & function overall. Dr.

I've consistently had a positive experience with Dr. Mitch and his team. What stands out most is their thorough and conservative approach to care. What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
