From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Orthopedic Physical Therapy. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about your progress. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled.
It is rare to find a healthcare team that treats you like a person rather than just a chart. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by name, and that personal touch makes all the difference. My therapist, Amari, was absolutely wonderful.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the entire staff at Legacy Orthopedic. After a head-on collision left me with a broken right foot, I spent 6 months in physical therapy, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.
LEGACY was an excellent experience and played a vital role in my recovery after returning to the States from overseas. The entire team was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough, working closely with me to ensure a full recovery and a successful return to my team in Switzerland. Thank you, LEGACY!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
