“Donna is great at providing multiple types of massages and the atmosphere in her office is super calm and relaxed.”
From the reviews
I have been going to Donna once a month for almost three years, and it is my highlight of every month! She can do it all! Relaxing Swedish, strong deep tissue and she introduced me to cupping as well! I would highly recommend booking with her if you are looking for an amazing and tranquil massage experience!
I have been seeing Donna for almost a year now. It started once a month to just work on low back pain, now I am seeing her every 2 weeks just because of how good the massages make me feel afterward. Donna is great at providing multiple types of massages and the atmosphere in her office is super calm and relaxed.
Had the best massage treatments from Donna yesterday. My neck and back felt amazing after. Thank you so much!
My experience with Donna is 5 star! She is professional, attentive, caring, and able to utilize a very firm technique when necessary. I only wish I was able to go to her weekly! I am always left feeling relaxed and my pain improves either that day or over the next few days.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
