What clients say about the cupping here
“Toni and Haiqi were attentive and intuitive, used the perfect pressure, and really helped release tension.”
“There wasn’t as much stretching as I expected for a Thai massage but on the whole, the massage was very thorough and I felt very refreshed afterwards.”
“Every move is intentional and they listen to your body and know what each muscle needs.”
“But if I still get the same feeling afterwards (it was nice but I'm not truly relaxed), then I'd try one of the other options.”
“Relaxing and clean environment, appointment are easy to book and parking is a breeze!”
From the reviews
I’ve been visiting Haiqi massage for a few months now. Every time I visit, Toni and Haiqi are attentive to my needs in addressing specific areas of pain relief. I often present with neck/shoulder pain and pounding headaches, which they’ve assisted with numerous occasions.
Hands down the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Toni and Haiqi were attentive and intuitive, used the perfect pressure, and really helped release tension. Cupping is a must try for just extra $15.00 and it's worth it. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. Highly recommend this healing space!
Toni was very good, the best I have had since I've been here in Hawaii. I like deep tissue massage, most therapist don't know how to do this properly. I am not a fan of traditional Thai massage (use of feet to perform massage) because there is no relief for my muscles.
I booked a couple's massage here on our last day in Hawaii. I was super excited because our trip consisted of a lot of hiking. We usually get Swedish or Thai massages but I wanted to try something different. We booked the Lomi Lomi massage and chose this place because it was a 3 minute walk from where we were staying.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
