I work very hard at the work that I do. The other day I did some research about massage. I called Green Tea Spa, I was given a appointment that day, Wow!! why didn't I make this call years ago. The staff at this spa are Awesome. They removed stress from me that has been locked up for years. Thank you so much.
Excellent couples massage with use of hot stones for free. I really enjoyed that hour. My only thought was I never want this hour to end. Both were very nice Asian woman. This was my husbands first massage and he felt it wasn't firm enough for him.
I have been going to see Lisa (and staff) for at least 10 years for massage to help my chronic pain condition. The location was moved around the corner to a larger space - which is more spacious, but maintained - clean, calming and welcoming - same as her last location.
I have a pain disorder and when the painstarts to really affect my life, I book a deep tissue massage. Each woman has her own style but they are all more than capable of the strength necessary to soften my granite shoulders. When they climb onto the table I'm giddy with anticipation.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
