Kelly is absolutely wonderful, she has an answer for every single ailment you can come at her with. Truly a lovely soul and Katie is always happy to assist when you arrive. Each time I leave, I cannot wait until my next appointment.
I recently started seeing Kelly Boggs for help with my back and hips. I was impressed by the office, the staff, the environment, but mostly by the Kelly's treatment. We had a great Q&A where she asked good questions regarding past injuries, past treatments, current goals, etc.
Allison was great; very attentive to all of my needs. She made sure I was comfortable and that I fully understood the treatment. The ambiance was lovely, with a heated table, heat lamp, soothing music, and relaxing lighting. This was my second session, and I’m already feeling better.
I’ve been seeing Kelly Boggs for a couple of years now and she has helped me so much! From keeping my allergies at bay to calming the arthritis in my hands, I can’t say enough good things about her! What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
