From the reviews
I was in a car accident and couldn't walk for about three weeks. I started receiving acupuncture, cupping and massage and within a couple of months I was able to become more mobile.
So so happy I saw this place on my TikTok! I started going for the acupuncture facial but recently have been doing the full wellness app. Dr. Saile is so kind and has helped with my headaches/migraines.
Tonight at Great Wall Chinese Medicine, something shifted. Between the precise wisdom of acupuncture and the resonant, soul-soothing sound healing, I felt layers of stress, grief, and hormonal chaos gently lift away.
This is my fifth visit at a Great Wall facility and I am noticing positive changes with my digestion and muscle pain. They have discovered knots in my back that have probably been there more than a decade, causing the stress and anxiety. I’m very excited to be on this healing path with these fine folks.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
