From the reviews
A friend recommended that I book a massage at Core Motus and I am so happy I did! Kim is awesome! She is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my specific needs, applied perfect pressure and gave me an incredibly relaxing massage.
I can't emphasize enough what an exceptional experience I've had by going to Kim each month for cupping and massage. I'm a 40-something athletic individual who has constantly battled various muscle knots, cramps, spasms and scar tissue.
Literally one of the best massages I’ve ever had!!!! Kim was amazing!!!!! My ankle and lower back were feeling tightness and she worked it all out. I can’t wait to go back to her next month. I already booked my husband for a massage this week. I’m addicted to the deep tissue, cupping, and scraping!!!!
Kim is the best massage therapist! My husband and I have been going to her for years and really appreciate her higher level of education in massage and overall on the body, nervous system etc. I love the cupping services she offers.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
