I’ve been seeing Tamara for a few years now for my tight hips and upper back. She always gets me feeling great and ready to take on the world. I work on my feet and also workout in the gym, so my body gets beat up!. She always helps fix me!

5 stars isn't enough for Arizona Therapeutic Massage! I woke up in excruciating pain and ready to go to the ER. Instead I searched for a Massage therapist to see if that would help.
I recently had my first massage with Tammy and it was absolutely amazing! I was suffering from an autoimmune flare up and had heard how lymphatic massage help with those so I decided to give it a try. My massage was in the afternoon and by that evening I could tell my fatigue was gone and my appetite had come back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
