From the reviews

I have been going to Traci for about 6 months. She has done wonders for my back as I fractured a vertebrae a couple years ago. She has excellent knowledge in massage therapy and myofascial release. I highly recommend her.

★★★★★ — Jeff, May 2018

Traci has the wonderful gift of healing touch. Her hands always find the tight muscles that are hurting me and with a technique called Myofascial Release she melts my pain away.

★★★★★ — Jean, Aug 2017

Just had a very lovely myofascial release session. She is obviously very skilled in this modality and found all my problem areas and I feel so relaxed now!

★★★★★ — Kathleen, Feb 2024

Traci is fantastic, comforting, has flexible hours, and is an overall delight. The cost is well worth it and the studio she has setup is highly relaxing and makes every trip a positive one. I would recommend Traci to anyone looking for relief for any body aches or pains, or just looking for general relaxation!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
