From the reviews
I cannot recommend Danielle enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and heard. She took the time to listen to my concerns and really understands my needs. The treatment plan she continues to develop for me is not only personalized but also very effective.
Amelia is unreal. I went in fully skeptical with a shoulder issue, half convinced PT was just expensive stretching with encouragement. I was wrong. She actually knows what she’s doing, explains things in a way that makes sense, and somehow manages to be both encouraging and no-nonsense at the same time.
I had a fantastic experience with my physical therapy treatment! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout my recovery process. They took the time to understand my needs and created a personalized plan that truly helped me regain strength and mobility.
My experience here was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived to the conclusion of my PT, both Amelia and Danielle showed knowledge, care, compassion and professionalism in their response to my injury.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
