From the reviews
I can’t thank Robbie and his staff enough for helping me go from being in constant shoulder pain, not sleeping and very limited range of motion to feeling great and back to normal! I didn’t think my shoulder would fully recover but Robbie is a master at his craft, so knowledgeable and passionate about healing people.
My experience at Evolve Therapy was outstanding. I appreciate the smaller, more personal setting compared to larger physical therapy facilities, as it allows for more individualized attention. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive to my needs.
Superb experience and outcome. I am a very experienced healthcare professional and honestly see no room for improvement. Sounds odd but that has been my experience through two post surgical rehabilitations. It also has been a pleasure to see so many others enjoy the same experience and outcomes.
My 14-year-old daughter began physical therapy at Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports in January after being diagnosed with herniated discs in her back. At the time, she had to sit out her spring soccer season and struggled to tolerate sitting or standing for any length of time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
