From the reviews

I purchased a Groupon for a ninety minute massage . The massage was one of the best I ever had, and I went ahead and booked a second one with the same massage therapist, only to get a call letting me know they needed to schedule me with another.

I can say a lot of great things about Avry! Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. She takes the time to understand your skin’s unique needs and customizes each treatment to ensure the best possible results.

I had a massage with Sharon, and she was wonderful! She was so nice, she didn't talk a lot so I could relax and enjoy my massage. Her pressure was fantastic. I have already booked my next appointment with her!

★★★★★ — Melissa, Dec 2024

I have received a monthly massage for a few years here! Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve had some great therapists and the past 2 years have been awesome with Melinda! She’s very thorough and professional. I feel very relaxed and relieved of tension afterwards. Thanks for all of your help!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
