From the reviews
Dr Eric St Pierre is a very engaging and intuitive provider. He takes the time to listen, and does far more than popping the spine. He includes exercises with a weight machine, weight bars/dumbells, and stretch bands. He also provides various other procedures such as dry needling acupuncture, scraping, and cupping.
Eric is now on my roster!! I messed my back up working out outside in the cold. I came in and described what happened and he literally pressed on two points on my lower back (SI joint) and said “Here?”. YUP!
I can’t thank ESP enough for helping me overcome my neck and shoulder pain from a recent car accident. Eric is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my well-being.
Dr. St. Pierre is always fantastic to work with. He is good at diagnosing what is taking place with a new or ongoing injury and he knows just the right amount of treatment to provide to ensure I'm not feeling worse afterwards but that I will be back to my regular activities quickly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
