From the reviews

Enhanced Mobility Massage is the perfect place to get a massage. It’s a small business which I would rather support than a big corporation or franchise. The ambience is great and the room was nice and dark. Rebecca did an amazing job.

I have been going to Becca for over 5 years. The atmosphere is inviting, calming, and soothing. Becca is professional and welcoming as she listens to how you are feeling and what your needs are. After I broke my back over 9 years ago, I learned deep tissue massages are something I need to get often.

★★★★★ — Bill, Aug 2023

Rebecca is amazing at what she does. She cares about each client and listens to what they want, need, like a far as the message goes. Her office space is easy to get to and has a calm, relaxing environment. I highly recommend Enhanced Mobility for all your stress, aches and pains.

★★★★★ — Megan, Oct 2023

Becca is very good at what she does. I’ve gotten a few massages from her over the years and she always knocks it out of the park! Very good at listening to feedback, focusing on problem areas, and making you comfortable. I’d recommend her to anyone!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
