From the reviews

I literally can’t put into words how incredible I feel after visiting Nina and Benny. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for weeks now and after an hour session with Nina that included great pressure and cupping treatment how much better I already feel.

10/10 experience here! Once I got into the office I was more than impressed of how welcoming and warm the atmosphere was! The PT area is super cute and the staff was super friendly! I saw their massage therapist, Nina, who was absolutely phenomenal!

★★★★★ — Kelsey, Aug 2024

Benny is the most incredible PT I’ve ever been to. Chiropractic, Thai massage, stretch and dry needling. He does it all and he does it all WELL!!!! I’ve struggled to fix my neck and back issues for years.

★★★★★ — Abigail, Mar 2026

Dr. Karpus was a true LIFESAVER!!!! I am an avid weightlifter and was experiencing some extreme discomfort, tightness, and pain. I’ve tried many many PTs and he was the only one that knew what was going on immediately. He performs dry needling, adjustments and massage. I feel better than I’ve felt in years.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
