I've been to just about every spa in Atlanta, I also partake in spas whenever I travel, its part of my regular regimen, so I speak from a lot of experience. My service from Errol was up there with some of the best I've ever had. Not to mention it's conveniently located by my house and reasonably priced.
Errol was amazing. Great touch ! I increase my running habits lately and My hips and hip flexors were feeling tight and heavy. He help tremendously specially stretch and relax those areas I couldn’t get to. I am so grateful for him and his care. He really do care. Thank you Errol! 🙏
One word. AMAZING. Before every session Errol makes sure to understand exactly what I need and goes above and beyond to help fix the issue. He also makes sure to give me tips on stretching exercises I can do at home. Love the service and will continue to be a repeat client.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
