From the reviews
I had knee replacement surgery. I finished PT in 6 weeks and I was walking around without a cane when I left. I had 2 PT people they were awesome and very helpful. Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly I enjoyed my time there I’m over the moon how well I’m doing and feeling.
I am a competitive swimmer who first worked with Empower PT following surgery on both shoulders in 2020. Empower did an excellent job setting up the PT program and explaining the proper way to conduct the therapy.
Empower Physical Therapy is great! They were always on time with my appointments. Addison was excellent to work with. He pushed me to do more than I wanted (even when I whined) but never too far. He’s is personable, respectful and encouraging which made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend. Front end staff are great to work with on appointment scheduling and so understanding if you have to reschedule. Addison and Connor are awesome. They've been working with me post back fusion surgery. Everybody is just awesome and very friendly. I cannot say enough about them.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
