From the reviews
I would recommend this place!! I have been having back, neck and shoulder pain for many years and did physical therapy for months and my pain did not go away, Nerea did acupuncture in my ear and the pain was gone like instantly! I love the cupping also!
Nerea is amazing. Her attention to detail and her extensive knowledge is out of this world. As a healthcare professional myself her compassion and her professionalism is wonderful. I walked out of her office pain-free. She is helping me find details and solutions to my health.
Nerea is an amazing asset to her community! She is professional, kind, caring, and will always take the time to ensure you are well taken care of in her clinic. She obviously wants to make sure everyone that needs treatment can afford it, as her prices are beyond competitive. I'm happy Nerea Acupuncture is in town!
Nerea is so knowledgeable and professional. I not only felt she was concerned about helping me with my pain but also was wonderful to talk to. I would highly recommend her clinic!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
