Shane is doing Gods work for sure. Healing hands. He know exactly what he is doing and is very intentional, professional and meticulous. He asked me which muscle group I wanted to be the focused, and that’s where he focused. No stroke was wasted. I got cupping too and it was exceptional.

My husband gifted me with their 1.5hr Swedish massage, this is my experience: The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, the fragrant scent of aromatherapy welcomes you as you enter. Crisp white and bright decor invite you into the lobby while soft tranquil music gently plays in the background.
This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. To start, right when you walk in it already smells amazing and relaxing. This was my first time getting a massage by a male masseuse so I was skeptical but Shane made sure I was comfortable and really personalized my massage!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
