If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it. Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons. I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation.
I recently enjoyed and indulged in a package given to me by my sweet husband. Out of all the services I had, the massage by Mia and the Venetian bath by Divinity were outstanding. I have had a lot of massages over my lifetime and Mia's is unlike any others. She's been at the spa for 16 years!!
Giving this spa 5 stars SOLEY for the massage I just received. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and Kim was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to come back to her postpartum. The spa itself is good. I’ve been here once before. It definitely needs some remodeling.
This place is incredible! I have been twice now and both times I received excellent service. They make it very easy to book an appointment and each person I have encountered is so sweet and makes you feel like you are the only person in the spa. I have had two massages and both times they tailored it perfectly for me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
