From the reviews
I went to see Samantha for the first time today and I am very impressed. I've been dealing with back/neck pain for years. I've sought help many times to no avail with multiple PTs, a Chiropractor and my good for nothing PCP. Sam did a full exam on my first visit.
Sam is everything you want in a physical therapist! She is patient and really listens to what is bothering you. I recently saw Sam for lower back pain and within one appt I was feeling better.
Dr. Samantha is truly exceptional! After seeing multiple specialists who couldn’t resolve my foot injury pain, she provided pain relief and innovative solutions I hadn’t encountered before. I was incredibly impressed with her deep knowledge, compassion, and commitment to providing the highest quality care.
I had such a great experience with PT Samantha Zimmerman during my initial assessment. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel totally at ease. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and approachable, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
