From the reviews
I've seen Sarah for a few years now and she has been so healing with every visit. Her intuitiveness and knowledge is exceptional. Her space is inviting and her energy is calm and reassuring.
Dr. Sarah is amazing! I was looking for a physical therapist to help ease my pelvic pain. When I went to see Sarah, I got a whole lot more than physical therapy! She not only helped with my realignment, but she also helped me free so many stuck emotions that were wreaking havoc on my body.
I’ve had pain and muscle tension in my neck and back for years, and tried everything from acupuncture to therapeutic massage and dry needing, with no relief. I started to think it was a problem with my spine, but wanted one last opinion before going through a series of X-rays and MRIs, so I made and appointment with…
Dr. Sarah is extremely skilled at her craft of physical therapy. In just a little over a year, Sarah has been able to eliminate almost all of my chronic pain that I’ve had for many years. She is professional, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. She has been Godsend to me. I highly recommend her services.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
