From the reviews

…I never experienced acupuncture or cupping until I came here. She also helped me when I was very congested from all the smoke and recovering from a sickness, in helping clear out my sinuses.

★★★★★ — Sabrina, Nov 2021

…She does cupping as well/at the same time which is so therapeutic and like a mini massage to release tension in your back. She has made so many helpful suggestions that I’ve implemented in my life that have relieved pain and stress.

★★★★★ — Avia, Aug 2022

…Combining acupuncture and cupping with massage was the perfect combination for me. I definitely suggest seeing Nic, you won't regret it! Her receptionist Remi is the best and takes care of your needs.

★★★★★ — Carrie, Aug 2022

This was my first experience with acupuncture and cupping and I could not be any more thrilled with how it went! Nic was professional, while still putting me at ease. She took the time to understand my issues and concerns and I was beyond impressed with how much more she was able to understand just from light massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
