From the reviews

Our 11 year old son was having heel pain related to Sever's disease which is similar to Osgood-Schlatter disease that happens in the knees. One of his football coaches recommended we go see Dr. Tyson Craven and we are so glad we did.

★★★★★ — Denise, Jan 2026

100% would recommend if you are wanting to get back in the game. I came to Tyson after almost a year of chiro work post L5/S1 disc bulge. I was having problems walking without cramping and did not date to lift or run long periods of time.

★★★★★ — Ashley, Aug 2025

I can’t recommend Dr. Tyson Craven and Prevent Physical Therapy and Performance enough. I’m honestly just glad I finally found this place. After dealing with shoulder pain for a few years, I was at a crossroads.

★★★★★ — Joe, Feb 2026

I came to Tyson originally for persistent knee pain, and quickly learned that the root issue was weakness in my hips. Through a blend of in-person sessions and a remote prescriptive exercise program, he helped me rebuild strength in my hips, which not only eased my knee pain but also improved how my hips feels day to…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
