This is the cutest massage and spa place I’ve been to! Everyone was friendly and the environment was extremely welcoming. I went in for a massage since I’ve had a stubborn painful knot for a while and Lauren did amazing!
I don't often leave online reviews, but, after my experience, I *had* to leave one. If you have ever considered a massage or other spa treatment and want to support a great, LOCAL business, do yourself a favor and book a visit. I had a 90min therapeutic/deep tissue massage with Sabrina, and she was fantastic.
I had the opportunity to visit this quaint and beautiful spa for Mother’s Day and book a session with Lauren. I’ve never experienced a massage therapist so .in tune with exactly where my tension and muscle knots were being held.
Visiting my son and he gifted me a massage and foot scrub. He told me to find a place and so Google search landed me here and I am so glad!!! This place is an entire vibe. So serene and welcoming. I loved the layout of the establishment. Very clean and relaxing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
