The facilities are great. The front office staff are always warm. And there are lots of great massage therapists at Elements but I have to call out Mel specifically because she is AhMAZING. For me, Mel always delivers massage that is super relaxing and knot melting at the same time.
I have been going to Elements Massage for the last 4-5 years and the staff is why I keep going. My therapist Andre is the absolute best and has helped me through the last two years of rehabing frozen shoulder. He works with me on my wellness priorities and I always grateful when I leave.
This is the best massage location. They not only fixed my back and neck issues but are incredibly affordable with a concierge approach. You can pick your massage therapist and additional add ons specific to your needs. The therapists are highly skilled and treated well by Elements which is good for customer care.
My experience during the evening at home after a deep tissue massage in my calves and legs in the earlier afternoon of the same day is that I could feel the blood circulation in my legs for hours til I fell asleep.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
