What clients say about the cupping here
“Since I have a busy schedule, if I didn't have the membership, it would be easy for me to leave there feeling great and forget to book again until my tension and muscle tightness get really bad.”
“Everybody in the office is always friendly, helpful, and professional.”
“They pinpointed each area where I was in pain without issue, and with very little, if any, direction from me explaining where it hurt.”
“Had no idea what to expect and right off the bat when making the appointment had mixed emotions as I was asked what kind of massage (gentle relaxing/strong deep muscle), which areas of the body, etc.”
“After the session, I could slowly move my head right to left, and had much better range of motion in my shoulders arms and neck.”
“At arrival I was immediately greeted, the place looked very chic and clean, and I had no waiting time.”
“(A recurring issue that I treat with massage) This was my first time having a massage at Elements massage.”
From the reviews
Came in for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing! I had Ashley T for a massage with cupping and left there feeling as if I was walking on a cloud! She located all my problem areas and worked through those, also sending me home with better knowledge on what stretches may help my situation!
This was my first ever massage. I am in my mid fifties and was a little hesitant. Had no idea what to expect and right off the bat when making the appointment had mixed emotions as I was asked what kind of massage (gentle relaxing/strong deep muscle), which areas of the body, etc.
My husband and I have been members for a while now and we each get monthly massages. Honestly, I look forward to a great experience every time. Ambiance, decor, lighting, staff; it all makes for a very relaxing experience.
Everybody in the office is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Appointments are easy to book and the email notices re openings is are very helpful. Stephanie always gives me a great massage and is focused on my needs. She is professional and friendly and it’s obvious she cares about her clients.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
