From the reviews
Front desk staff are always professional and helpful. The lobby is quiet and calming. Massage therapy staff are responsive to my needs, and provide after-massage instructions to further my muscle health. Billing is automatic so no worries about paying after the visit. Add-on modalities are reasonably priced.
Every therapist I have had at Elements Massage - Moon Valley has been wonderful. When appointments have needed to be rescheduled due to staff changes, this Elements team has still been able to accommodate me quickly.
Was able to help me fix our 13ft Jack Skellington and save Halloween! The base had a cheap weld when we bought it and fell over in the last storm. He was very prompt, made sure everything fit correctly and was able to reinforce it to make it stronger! Would recommend to anyone and thank you again for your help!
Let me start by saying the receptionist at the front desk makes you feel so welcome.Second Nicholas did an excellent job massaging it was my first and want be my last. I will be requesting Nicholas again he was very professional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
