I didn’t really have a good first experience here since I tweaked my back and added cupping. It was my first time doing cupping so I didn’t really know what to expect but it felt like the cups were just placed on my back and that was it.
WOWWW: I just got a massage from Marissa she was great and got up in there where my knots were!!! I was kind of skeptical like didn’t know if she’d be able to relieve the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck but she got it all out I left feeling amazing and couldn’t wait to write the review.
First time here, and Todd was my massage therapist. He did an excellent job, especially focusing on my lower back, where I’ve had the most pain. His background as a former wrestler really showed—he not only gave a great massage but also shared helpful stretching advice tailored to my needs.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
