From the reviews
I have received both cupping and massage services from Abby, and i can't say enough about her expertise of the human body!! I have multiple health challenges, and she always gets me to feeling my very best possible! Her techniques are powerful enough to have me feeling relief from years of severe arthritis!
Abby is amazing! Some therapists aren't strong enough to dig into the muscles that are bothering me, but Abby is very strong and she can bring me right to the edge of what I can handle. Today was my 2nd or 3rd time with her and she did a "body walk" on my back and it was amazing!
I went in for the Cupping treatment and my experience was way better than expected. Right from the start the place is very clean. Abby was very friendly, listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Once she started the treatment I can instantly tell she knew what she was doing.
Wonderful experience! I would recommend to anyone in need of pain relief or relaxation. Very nice and clean facility. I initially went due to my neck and shoulder pain. Abby preformed cupping and I’m telling you my neck pain was nearly gone after walking out.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
