From the reviews

My fiancè bought me my very first professional massage as a gift last year and I finally found the time to use it. Upon entering, the front desk staff were informative and friendly. My massage therapist was Donna and she did a wonderful job. From the start when I met her she was very friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist was kind and helpful. Madeline was sure to review what I wanted address and what pressure was preferred. She checked in during the session twice to ensure I was doing okay and didn’t need changes. She was very professional and intentional on keeping me covered appropriately throughout the session.

This is the only place that I go to for like a year now or more, Vadim is my therapist and I only go see him for my monthly massage. he knows my pain, he makes me very comfortable and he always gives me advice about stretches after massage.

This is a luxury self-care action. Ally has a good blend of nurturing Swedish and deep tissue.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
