From the reviews

I've been treating with Alan for several months now following a car accident. He is a superb therapist with great technique and skill. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. The space itself is well kept, clean and pleasant. My interaction with other staff members has always gone well.

All the staff at Elements are amazing, helpful, and fantastic to deal with. Every therapist we've worked with listens, understands, and addresses our concerns completely - especially Ernesto and Jimmy! At each session, they are bringing something new to the table (literally!

★★★★★ — Tony, Sep 2024

Consistently quality massage across the staff. I just specify the type of massage and areas in need and they'll match me to the best therapist. They've worked to accommodate appointments whenever possible, but I found it best to book at least a couple of days in advance.

One of the first things I noticed was how tastefully the reception area and waiting area were decorated. It was very professional and I felt like the atmosphere helped me start to relax before the massage even began.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
