From the reviews
Excellent physiotherapy center! My mother has been struggling with back pain, and the care she received here was top-notch. The attending physician took the time to explain everything clearly and provided effective treatments that made a real difference. Professional, kind, and very effective.
I took my mom to Bloom Pelvic Health & Wellness after she had been struggling with pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and several issues related to menopause and pelvic floor weakness. These are not easy topics to talk about, and honestly she was nervous walking in.
I’ve been consulting Dr. Jenn since the early days of my pregnancy, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the support she has provided throughout this journey. She guided me with effective exercises that helped alleviate my back pain during pregnancy and also prepared my body for the delivery process.
I have seen Jen in both office locations and can’t say enough about her. Her service is top notch. She is a good listener and evaluates the problem from all lenses. Made me feel comfortable talking about topics like stress related incontinence that I felt embarrassed about.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
