From the reviews

I found Diana through Groupon, and was happy to find she was welcoming, kind, professional, and warm. Her attention to detail and care in the intake conversation established trust right away. She is a talented massage therapist, and I was extremely happy with our session -- I recommend the hot salt stone massage!

Wow! What a great massage, I feel so much better. I have been doing some tile work for a friend and my back was feeling tight and sore, especially when I got up. She suggested trigger point and it worked! I felt better almost instantly. Not to mention the relaxing atmosphere and calming music.

★★★★★ — Shawn, Mar 2023

I've been seeing Diana for a few years to help with chronic migraines. We've adjusted my treatments as needed, even during other injuries, and it's been critical in managing my pain. Diana is very knowledgeable, listens and adjusts to your needs, professional, and just overall a great person.

★★★★★ — Kayli, Mar 2024

Diane is one of the best massage therapists in the area. She does not differentiate between athletes and relax customers but does either equally well through her massage techniques and good listening skills. I warmly recommend Diane for your massages.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
