From the reviews

I highly recommend Dr. Wang who did acupuncture, and cupping for me for severe low back pain. With just three sessions and several sessions of laser with Cindy who is also amazing, my back pain is completely gone. They are both so knowledgeable, caring and thorough! I really appreciate everything they have done for me.

This is a REALLY good facility to look into. I had a consultation with Shirley and she was highly knowledgeable and took her time to explain in depth to me how accupuncture could possibly lessen the severity of my endometriosis symptoms.

I have been sharing my experience at Whole Health Wellness Center with everyone who will listen. Quite frankly, acupuncture saved my life - more specifically Dr. Nancy Corsaro. I never thought acupuncture was for me.

Love Dr. Wang! Very thorough, knows when to use acupuncture and when to use NAET. She is respectful of what my body can and cannot do (at the moment). She works always to help me be stronger in every way. She has so much knowledge of NAET and acupuncture. I feel confident in her treatments.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
