Tracy was wonderful! I had my first ever massage done and it happened to be a prenatal. Tracy was very comforting and explained everything she did. She was able to help relieve a ton of tension I had in my neck and shoulders. We discussed pressure level and comfort prior to the massage.

Warning: Ever since the management change this Elements just hasn't been the same. Kate used to run this store and a couple others, the hospialtily and professionalism was great.
Maggie was wonderful! My daughter is a competitive swimmer and I took her in for a massage as a way to recover. She was really nervous as it was her first time getting a massage. Maggie was patient and kind, explaining everything to her. Within minutes my daughter was in heaven lol.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
