From the reviews

Super impressed for 3 reasons. 1. The masseuse. The massage was 5 star (6 if I could) and Juliet the masseuse communicated very well exceeding my needs knots, and spots. She found knots I already knew of and spent time working them out thoroughly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The ambience is beautiful, calm, and relaxing—you feel at peace the moment you walk in. The massage itself was one of the best we’ve ever had: professional, attentive, and truly therapeutic. What really stood out was their honesty and kindness.

★★★★★ — Azul, Dec 2025

Absolutely superb. I have gotten regular massage for years across the country, worked in spas, connected to many top level healers, and I was floored by the technique, attention, and consistent strength shown in the deep tissue massage with hot rocks. What a pleasure.

★★★★★ — Ruby, Dec 2025

After my hike in Lyons, my back was extremely sore. On my way home, I went to Echelon 11 massage and received an excellent therapeutic massage from Fan, it completely relieved my back pain. I left feeling rejuvenated and proceeded to sleep better than I have in years.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
