I was needing to take pain relievers on a daily basis for headaches and neck pain before seeing Dr. B. Since I have been having adjustments and muscle therapy my pain is gone and have not needed to use pain relievers! Dr. B is caring, knowledgeable and tailors care to your needs with a friendly and upbeat approach.
Highly recommend doctor Brennin! I saw him consistently throughout my pregnancy and he took away so much of the discomfort that comes with being pregnant. Dr. Brennin is the best! After dealing with debilitating neck pain for about a year, I decided to give seeing a chiropractor a try. I am now not living in constant pain every day and it’s a huge relief. Dr. Brennin is so kind, professional & very knowledgeable! I wish I started going sooner!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
