From the reviews

I have been going here for about 4 years. They do massages, acupuncture, and cupping, all at a fair price and usually fully covered by insurance. All employees are professional, talented, and kind, although they have had a few new employees this year and so I'm not sure I've seen them all at this point.

Some of the best staff in town! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly staff. I have seen Claire for years (from a car accident 10 years ago and then for just some self care) and she has always been my go to massage therapist. She is the best!

★★★★★ — Ester, Sep 2019

Cesar is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He listens to you and adjusts his pressure and technique to meet your individual needs. I like deep tissue massages, and no one has been able to do what he has done. Literally the knots in my neck and shoulders are gone when I leave.

★★★★★ — Kyndra, Jul 2023

I've been struggling with low back and hip pain for over five months. After working with a chiropractor, orthopedic specialist, and physical therapist I decided to see if deep tissue massage could be helpful. I'm so glad I did!! During my visit, Addie worked on my low back, glutes, hips, and iliopsoas.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
