From the reviews

I can’t say enough good things about Omar. After struggling all day to manage intense pain and a stubborn headache, he was kind enough to get me in the very same day…something I appreciated more than I can express.

Fantastic place! Omar is so knowledgeable and I left feeling relaxed and aligned. They offer a full range of services, including massage, cupping, and other facial release services and it overall is 10/10!

Highly recommended!!!! I recently injured my L5 vertebrae in my lower back, I’ve had extreme pain and tightness which has been debilitating. I’m lucky to have found Omar! He was able to target the specific trigger points and his deep tissue Massage has reduced so much pain and made it so I can actually function.

★★★★★ — Crystal, Nov 2023

Very professional, very knowledgeable. He did cupping, scraping, stretching, all at no extra charge. He also informed me of what he thought I needed for my back issues and asked me which of those options I would like him to include. It’s been several days and I’m still free of back pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
