From the reviews

Started at Beyond Limits for a knee issue that was painful and affecting my gait. After two weeks of physical therapy there has been noticeable improvement. This shop is top notch--everyone works together, they are organized and efficient, if someone is not available someone else jumps in to help, and the proof is in…

I was pleasantly surprised. I actually made a mistake and showed up a day early for my first appointment. They rearranged things and told me that they would make it possible for me to be seen. I didn’t have to wait I was taken to a room. Colby came in and took time to get to know me then started on my session.

★★★★★ — Lynn, May 2026

I had a great experience at Beyond Limits Physical Therapy. Colby listened carefully to my needs and adapted my therapy to support my recovery. As someone new to physical therapy, I appreciated how knowledgeable, kind, and professional the entire staff was.

★★★★★ — Kerri, Oct 2025

I spent a few months in PT here for back issues and prepping for a knee replacement. Now the knee replacement is healing with the help of my PT Doc, Colby. This is a great place for regaining mobility. And Colby and all his staff make it a great experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
