From the reviews

Wow! What a wonderful experience! As a mom of 4 and owner of my own business, where I spend my time and my money MATTERS. And this pampering is always well worth the money AND time. I appreciate the fact that I always receive the full 60/90 minutes, whether we start early, right on time, or I'm a couple minutes late!

Samantha is such an impressive lady, she's created a peaceful healing space here. I was fortunate to recently have a wonderful massage from her intuitive healing hands. She found the spots that really needed it, without me saying anything. And she offers other beauty/wellness modalities as well. Thanks so much Sam 🦋💚

Absolutely amazing experience! This place is close to home, easy to find and I’m really glad I gave it a shot. The atmosphere was relaxing, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The massage itself was excellent. They really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
