From the reviews

My husband and I have each been seeing Stacey for close to a year now. She’s fantastic. We see her for massage and cupping and the difference is noticeable in the times we see her regularly and when we don’t.

★★★★★ — Ninar, Mar 2026

Stacey is an amazing massage therapist! I wish I could see her weekly. She listens to what you want (and need) and really tailors her session just for you. Her excitement and drive to continue learning (and expanding her offerings) means you will always have the best treatment options. Try cupping!

★★★★★ — Amanda, Mar 2023

After trying 20+ massage practitioners over the years, I truly believe Stacey is the best of the best! She is so so talented, lovely to chat with and simply has the magic touch. I have never experienced the same level of relaxation and tension relief after any other massage.

★★★★★ — Olivia, Sep 2025

I’ve been coming to Stacey for well over a year and I always leave feeling great, relaxed and knowing that was time and money well spent. She’s helped me post knee surgery, assisted when I have been out of balance and given me a general tune up. I’m so grateful for her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
