I had a massage with John today, and it was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. His technique was both relaxing and therapeutic—he focused on the areas I mentioned and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout. I left feeling refreshed and much less tense.
Emily was phenomenal and checked in with me consistently to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much. She could tell exactly where my problem areas were and spent time explaining things while working out the muscles. I’ll definitely be back. They also were able to fit me in same day after 5pm.
Me and my wife received a gift certificate for Christmas for a couples massage. On 2/17/2025 we went into the shop for our massage. I had Jessica working on me. We paid a little extra and got a deep tissue massage. Jessica was excellent.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
