From the reviews
I've been going to Dr. Sanchez for over a decade and I know that she is the reason that I'm able to function, but not just physically but energetically and emotionally, as well! The time she invests at each visit to understand how to best help you is invaluable! She has surpassed where western medicine can go.
I started seeing Dr. Sanchez a few months ago for relief of anxiety symptoms. She has been absolutely wonderful! With every visit she takes time to talk about how I’m feeling and makes a specific goal for treatment.
Dr. Sanchez has a beautiful practice and does a wonderful job of treating patients with the kindest and most compassionate level of care. She truly listens to concerns, takes ample time with her patients, and has the expertise to provide a treatment plan that gets results.
Dr. Maggie Sanchez is amazing! She takes time to ask questions and listens to help pinpoint where to focus on. Each time I leave I feel so much better. I have and continue to recommend her and acupuncture because it’s life changing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
