From the reviews

I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Matt Davis (LMT) with Myomatic Massage at the 2026 National Indoor Masters Track Championships in Albuquerque, NM on February 19-22.

★★★★★ — Kevin, Feb 2026

Matt is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, passionate and has a gift for healing. He has helped me feel better than i have in years. I was used to getting spa deep tissue massages, but had never experienced a true sports massage.

★★★★★ — Angelo, Dec 2025

Matt is hands down the best sports massage therapist I have been treated by. As an older mountain biker and rock climber I have low back, IT band, shoulder, and elbow pain, and Matt has successfully addressed all of these issues with a mixture of massage and stretching techniques, and has given me effective exercises…

★★★★★ — Mark, Dec 2025

Matt is knowledgeable, professional and nice. He gave me a thorough sports massage during the USATF masters indoor track meet. As a sprinter I had tightness especially in my glutes and hip abductor and he assessed that it was actually a small triangular region called: tensor fasciae latae or tfl.

★★★★★ — Shimite, Feb 2026

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
