From the reviews
So grateful to have found Beth as a masseuse. She is extremely knowledgeable in the human body and is always learning about new techniques and tools she can try with her clients. I have been seeing her for about 5 years now and she continues to be a huge help with my back issues.
Beth is amazing at what she does! Will fix any ailment you have. I had carpal tunnel from pregnancy and she fixed it immediately! I recommend her to everyone!
Beth has been working on my back for a while. I love going to her and getting some work done. Atmosphere is great and she knows what she is doing.
Beth is talented and a great conversationalist. Have never felt better, your tension will melt away. Would recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
