From the reviews

Highly recommended. I suffer my anxiety and depression and panic attacks. After a session, I am mellowed right down. The "real" fire cupping and acupuncture are "the best" between Chicago and Kenosha. I drive up northern Illinois to see Stacy. AMAZING

I decided to get acupuncture after a few months of headaches and other issues. My husband decided to get me to try something new and he found this place and gave them a call. My first treatment consisted of cranial sacral massage, acupuncture and vibration therapy. And literally my headaches were gone by the next day.

★★★★★ — Stacy, Mar 2021

Considering all the Acupuncturists I have visiting in Santa Fe NM, Seattle WA, and Kenosha, Stacey is by far more superior then anyone I have visited. Her vast breadth of knowledge and practice has benefited` me not only my physical but mental health too.

Amazing experience every time! I've gone multiple times for my plantars fasciitis pain and every time went pain free for about 4 months in both of my feet. They have also done amazing things for my back after a work injury as well as my anxiety. Love going in!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
