From the reviews

Conne did an amazing job working not just on my deep knots but also on my fascia, which made such a difference in how I felt afterward. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain what she was doing and why, making the whole experience even more helpful and informative.

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time, and I couldn’t be happier! The therapist, April Birch was incredibly skilled, targeting all the right spots to relieve my back pain and tension. The atmosphere was calming, the pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

After 3months of not being able to schedule for a massage and just be working every time made my body ache and shoulder tensed up. That’s why i had to go back to the center even though I am now living farther away because if there’s anyone who can relieve me with my tension it will be Victoria.

★★★★★ — Ana, Nov 2025

It's phenomenal. It's way better than the chain massage places. After only two visits, I have gotten more results from this than Physical Therapy and other massage therapy. April is extremely good with unlocking the immobility caused by trigger points. She is brilliant and good at her job.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
